Was back in gold old C-Bus back in February for a family birthday celebration. While in town, we had to check out a few new places, or at least new to us after being gone 8 years. Lived int his area of Clintonville for a bit and was a big part of childhood. I remember this building, and am glad to see it is now a very successful place. Quite simply, the treats are amazing! Service is top shelf and quick. Be prepared to stand on line and even outside in the elements as it is small and extremely busy. Not sure when we'll be back, but we will be back if we are in town!

I've been to Bite This Bakery a few times now, and somehow I'm more impressed every single visit. The moment you walk through the door, you can feel the heart that's been poured into this place. From the decor to the presentation of every pastry, it's obvious that so much thought, creativity, and care goes into everything they do. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and just has that special kind of energy that makes you want to stay awhile. What stands out to me the most is the staff. During my most recent visit for the Noah Kahan Great Divide album drop week, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely excited to help customers find something they'd love. As a vegetarian, I also really appreciate having options available to me. It's always nice when a business makes you feel included instead of like an afterthought! You can tell this bakery is built on more than just great food. The culture, the customer service, and the attention to detail all point back to ownership that truly cares. It feels like a place where employees are valued, and that positivity shines through in every interaction! And of course, the pastries are absolutely delicious. Every single thing I

Come here and listen to this experience. Preferably with a Bite This flaky sea salt chocolate chip cookie in your hand. This place has been on my mind for MONTHS. Let’s start with the cool exterior with a 12 foot SKELETON out front and a welcome sign that says β€œhey creeps”…I’ve never felt more seen. I love all of their signage. Now, let’s get down to the good stuff. You walk into this wonderful gothic/halloween portal and immediately feel like it should be October outside. You’re greeted by a sweet gothic Queen who stays in eyesight, but doesn’t hover. Giving us the best way to cackle about the bakery names like we’re witches over a cauldron and decide what we want. Honestly, there was no need for explanations on these baked goods, because the only issue we had was WHICH ONE WE WANTED. I ended up getting a flaky sea salt chocolate chip cookie…and I swear on my cats it was the best chocolate chip cookie I have ever had in my entire existence. It was crunchy on the outside and so good and doughy on the inside. It had chocolate chunks in the middle and then was covered with mini chocolate chips and flaky salt. I have juicy jaws thinking about it, again. Now I know why I always see lin

Top-notch bakery offerings! I picked up some spicy deviled eggs and a cherry cordial cookie sandwich, and they were both delicious, obviously made with love and care and high-quality ingredients. The goth theme of the cafe is funky and super cool, with witchy and cheeky elements everywhere you look - I loved being here! I hope they have a chance to expand and add in seating because I can see this being a super trendy cafe to hang out in. Will definitely be back!

So many delicious options to choose from! I love the rotating menu. We go every other week and everything we have tried is amazing. The Reapers are a must have along with the desserts and Pub Grub. The staff and owner are extremely friendly and helpful.
